Intro (new!): $250. Combined test (Dressage and SJ) and other divisions can be added upon request- please contact organizer. All entry fees include a $25.00 non-refundable office fee and ticket to Sat night competitor party.Late Entries and Changes: Entries received after closing date (CD) accepted with $50 late fee, if space permits. Changes made after CD (change of division) $25, if space permits.Stabling: $165 covered 10x10 stalls or 12x12 uncovered pens (Fri-Sun), 1 bag shavings provided; covered stabling is limited and assigned first come first serve. Additional shavings: $12/bag; please pre-order.Stall Cleaning Deposit: $50, separate check (Draw checks to Summit Equine LLC). Collect stall deposit with proof of stripping.Refunds:Before CD: Less $25 non-refundable office fee; all scratches/ cancelations must be in writing to the secretary by CD to receive a refund. After CD there are no refunds. Competition Cancellation: No refund. The USEA Starter/D&M Fee($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Other:Health certificate and negative Coggins within 12 months required for all out-of-state horses. Non compete horses permissible if space permits.
