Late/Post-Entry Fee: $75. Double Entries: Not allowed. Incomplete Entry Fee: $25 per item for any missing items as of 6:00pm Sunday, September 27. (In addition, incomplete entries will not receive ride times until entries are complete). Stabling (HT): $75/night (shavings not included). Shavings $12/bag - preorder if possible. Grounds fee: No grounds fee for competing horses. For non-compete horses, $50. Tack Stall: $75/night. Muck Fee: $50 (charged after the event on Event Entries if stalls are deemed dirty. ALL stalls must be stripped + swept (including tack stalls) to avoid/refund muck fee! Trailer Parking fee:No fee for satellite parking. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING OF TRAILERS AT STABLING! Campers or LQ trailers with paid hook-up only. Camper Hook-up:$75/night (space is limited! only 11 available on a first-come basis- at stabling, there are 8 dedicated 120V 20-amp RV circuits. You will need to bring 120v 20-amp adaptor that fits a standard 120v 20-amp receptacle. 3 satellite hook ups available on xc schooling course and across the street) Tent camping, no hook-up:$25.00 (will be in satellite parking area across the road from competition venue, not at the barn) Nonrefundable Office fee: $25 (Included in entry fee.) Competition cancellation-No refund. USEA Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fee ($35) is not subject to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
