SCHEDULE Sat:XC Course opens at 3pm. Sun:Dressage starting around 7:30 am. Show Jumping around 9am. XC around 9:15am. We will have multiple dressage arenas running at the same time. Pre-Intro and Poles will run in their own SJ arenas at the same time as other divisions. Pre-Intro and Poles XC will run in their own XC field at the same time as other divisions. ***Please note: All riders will have published XC times being approx. 10 min after their SJ ride is complete; we expect riders to go directly from SJ to XC warm-up. For SJ & XC: Riders will be taken in numerical order when possible, but may also be taken in order of arrival. FEES "Hybrid" divisions: Dressage and Show Jumping tests are at the higher level. Cross Country is at the lower level (e.g., BN/S division will do BN dressage test, BN show jumping, and Starter XC). *Please note that USEA uses the term "Tadpole" for the Poles (ground poles) division name. We are offering a CT for both Pre-Intro (WT, 18") and Poles, for which SJ takes place in a smaller, enclosed arena. Registration for these tests can be done via Event Entries. INTRO is the USEA Intro division (WTC dressage test, 18" SJ and XC in main arena/field). PRE-INTRO consists of a WT dressage test, 18" SJ and XC in a smaller, enclosed arena/field (same arena/field as Poles). Dressage Test of Choice (TOC) ENTRY FEES: Early Bird Rate for all tests: $30 (For entries COMPLETED and PAID during Early Bird period). Regular Rate for all tests: $55 (For entries COMPLETED and PAID during regular registration period). Post Closing Date Rate for all tests: $105 (For entries COMPLETED and/or PAID after Closing Date). Modified level and above: Riders, Trainers and Owners of horses competing who are not USEF members will be required to pay the USEF $45 Show Pass fee: Show pass fee must be done online and only 1 time per year. (Note: a coach may or may not be a trainer; trainers are those who feed or care for the horse). INCOMPLETE ENTRY FEES: Entry Fees are assessed based on the date that the entry isCOMPLETE and PAID, as listed above. Packets will not be released for any rider with an incomplete entry or who owes money. Missing/Incomplete Paperwork:IfANY paperwork/forms (e.g., FMF waiver, Coggins, Signatures,USEA numbers, SafeSport, etc.) are incorrect/incomplete/missing/out-of-date after the Wednesday before the show, an ADDITIONAL $25 admin fee will be charged. This fee MUST be paid online or with cash in-person at packet pickup on show day. CHANGE FEES: Changes made on/priorto CD:No charge. Changes made after CDthrough late close date:$25 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $50),notper email received. Changes made on/after late close date:If accepted, $50 change feeper actual changemade(i.e., change of horse + rider = $100),notper email received. All changes (including change of rider, horse, or division) must be made via email (entries@fullmoonfarm.com). No changes, withdrawals, or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes (i.e., changes made the Wednesday before the show or thereafter), but please be aware that changes of horse, rider, & division can be difficult to make once the schedule is nearly complete. STABLING FEES: Muck Deposit:A $100 check must be given to the Secretary at packet pick-up. Deposits will be shredded if stalls are left as requested. Limited On-Site Stabling: $100/night. Please contact the Secretary to confirm availability PRIOR to selecting the Stabling option online. Limited Off-Site Stabling:$75/night, if available. REFUNDS: Before/on the CD:Entry fee (less a $25 non-refundable office fee), the USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35, if applicable),and the USEF fee ($8, Modified and above) will be refunded. After the CD:No refunds for Entry fees. The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35, if applicable) and the USEF fee ($8, Modified and above)will be refunded. Competition Cancelation:No refunds for Entry fees. The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35, if applicable)and the USEF fee ($8, Modified and above) will be refunded. USEA Starter & D&M FeeRefund Policy:The USEA Starter and D&M fee ($35) and the USEF fee ($8, Modified and above) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
