Yes. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no compulsory fee per entry to host your event on Otis. When riders enter and pay online, a processing fee applies to that online payment. If riders pay by check or cash outside of Otis, that fee does not apply, and you can still record the payment in Otis so your books stay accurate.
Otis currently supports Eventing, Combined Training, Dressage, and Hunter/Jumper. Western support is preliminary. If you run Western shows, contact us and we'll help you get set up.
Entries, payments, documents, SafeSport checks, gate check-in, scheduling, and live scoring, plus field staff tools so stewards and secretaries stay in sync without radio chatter. You can also pull reporting and compliance exports when you need paperwork for your organization or governing body. Everything lives in one place instead of spreadsheets and group texts.
No. Staff work from the browser on phone or laptop. Ring stewards can send riders in, update statuses, and keep the schedule moving without installing anything.
Yes. Riders can enter digitally, upload required docs, and pay entry fees through Otis. Online payments include a processing fee. You get a clear view of who's paid, what's missing, and who needs a nudge before they arrive at the gate.
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider used by millions of businesses. Card details go directly to Stripe. Otis never stores full credit card numbers on our servers. You see payment status and balances in Otis; sensitive card data stays with Stripe's secure infrastructure.
